🏡 Let Only Service

£350.00 (one-off fee per tenancy) 

Designed for fully Rent Smart Wales licensed landlords who prefer to manage their own property once the tenant has moved in.

Includes:

Marketing your property to attract quality tenants

Accompanied viewings

Tenant checks and references

Preparation of the tenancy agreement

Collection of initial rent and deposit

Optional inventory available at £114.00 (incl. VAT)

🔑 Full Management Service

Initial setup: £350.00 + 10% of the monthly rent (deducted monthly)

Perfect if you’d like everything handled for you! From finding the right tenant to day-to-day management.

Rent collection and monthly statements

Routine inspections and reports

Handling maintenance and tenant queries

Managing safety checks and legal compliance

🛡️ Rent Guarantee & Legal Cover

For added protection, a 12-month Rent Guarantee & Legal Cover policy can be arranged for our fully managed landlord providing peace of mind if tenants fall into arrears. Quotes available on request.
